  SALES TAX:
  All orders shipped within the state of Vermont are subject to 6% sales tax unless you have supplied us with a signed tax exempt / resale certificate.
  
  SHIPPING:
  We make every effort to ship your order next business day. All packages are shipped via ground service unless you have requested premium air service. Please allow at least ten business weekdays from day of shipment before contacting us concerning missing packages. If you have paid for premium air service we are able to track your package after one, two or three business weekdays accordingly.

  PAYMENT:
  We accept checks, money orders, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Authorized purchase orders are accepted from recognized schools and institutions and must be at least $100.
  
  
  
  RETURNS:
  Returns must be made within thirty days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging. Items must be properly packed in a box so that goods are not damaged on return to us. Improperly packaged items will be returned to sender. Please enclose either a copy of your original invoice or a note stating the invoice # and reason for return. A $3.95 fee will be charged on all return shipments to cover processing and handling. Only one return shipment will be accepted per invoice.
